September of 2013 aded a line at Radio shack they offerd me this device protection plan. Sounded great until I dropped my cell phone and the screen cracked. Now that I have tried to use the service for replacment guess what????? No coverage....
I receive notification of the pymnt being processed every month no big deal! Until now...on march 15 I recieved an email stating that im no longer a member as of 12/31/13... I just recieved my last pymnt procced email on 03/23/14... oh wait I thought I wasnt a member as of 12/31.
Recieving notifications every month advising I have device protection which in reality I have none where is my money going I want it back and a replacmnt device due to my full understanding thats what I am paying for. What can I do about this.
I call all the numbers and they are "not open" during the times I try callin or the call doesn't go through at all no ring nothing. I email them and they do not respond. Beware of the protection plans.

I have this same problem, I recieved a call back from (302) 571-6724 from a gentleman informing me that they have stopped taking payments since March 28th 2014 (AFTER theyve taken their monthly fee) and they are going through bankruptcy court to find a solution. He also gave me this website : Case.primeclerk.com where we can file another claim. To me, it looks like we are all just going to be out of the money, which is terrible.

I am going throught the same thing. I can't find a single working phone number for this company and I have tried to email several addresses that I can find. I am going to cancel my debit card so no further charges come through but I want my money back for the months I didn't have coverage. This is ridiculous and the biggest scam!
