i ordered meaningful beauty back in december and was told it was a 30 day shipment for 49.95 so i agreed and on 12-30 my husbands account got charged 49.95 as promised with a package coming a day later,all was good so comes january on jan 27 husbands account was charged the 49.95 and day later package still everything was good then feb comes and on feb 18 charged not 49.95 this time but was charged 54.94 and then charged 49.95 on feb 24 so i called and told them what was going on lady said there was a mix up and it never be happen again i asked would i still get the monthly shipment for 49.95 i was assured i would, so i decided i wouldnt cancel.

Then in march all hell starts to break loose on march 18 out comes a charge for 54.94 then again on march 24 for 54.94 at this point i was starting to sense something wasnt right then april comes and on april 15 54.94 again on april 21 for 54.94 and again on april 22 for 54.94 so i didnt see what was happening so then on may 7 or 8 he was charged 54.94 again. so i called customer service once more and asked them why was he charged 3 times in april and there response was you have the 90 day kit so its broken down into 3 payments of 54.94. i told her no that is not what i had ordered it was monthly 54.94 she told me no we dont do monthly shipments. i told her i called back in feb and they told me it would be monthly shipments and only one charge per month not two or three, she continued to argue with me so i told her give me your supervisor and he got on the phone and said the same thing it was a 90 day supply. i said i never ordered a 90 day supply and i told him i wanted to cancel and not take anymore money .he hung up on me, so i told my husband cancel your debit card and get a new one and a different number so he did, and what happened he told me today on may 20 they took it again for 54.94. now how in the hell they took it when he had cancelled his card is beyond me so i called again to customer service today and spoke agin with a lady explain that i was upset that they were ripping us off and same story its a 90 day supply .so i said why would i get a 90 day supply every month i cant use 180 day supply in 2 months thats rediculous .i told them last week i wanted to cancel and they still charged me. i have four unopened packages that i havent even used cause i am so disgusted at your company .so she said i will talk to my supervisor and see what i can do .she comes back and says if you return the three packages what we last sent you we will refund you the 54.94 for each package. i said uh no i seen the reviews and over 300 complaints about this company if i had known about it before i NEVER would have ordered from you, you all are a bunch of crooks and rip people off if. i have seen where you tell people to send back the product and then u never get them them the money plus u tell them you havent received the product even though they sent it certified so they know you got it and furthermore if i send you 3 packages back i want all the money back you charged for those packages. one package was 3 times 54.94 and the other two 54.94. i said i just want back what you wrongfully took before i have to get a lawyer involved so she hung up on me...

There has to be something we can do a class action lawsuit they should not get away with this over 300 complaints something needs to be done my husband got charged ten times in 5 months it should have been only 5 times...so they overcharged him about 300.00 that is unacceptable and the product isnt that great it made my face dry and i broke out, but that i dont care about i just want his money back and to stop this company from taking advantage of other people...
