Mega Furniture, San Antonio TX missing and damaged furniture San Antonio Texas
purchased three rooms worth of furniture from this store. seemed like everything was working great. received the furniture on time and what looked like in good condition. Noticed that one piece was missing and let them know before they left. they looked at the bill and acknowledged that it was missing and said they would bring it out in a day or two. it's been almost two weeks. Also noticed that the couch sticks when we let it back (electronic) and there is a slight tilt to it like it's bent.
I called the company and they told me i needed to contact the warehouse because they handle all the deliveries and damaged furniture issues. I have been calling the warehouse for several days now and have yet to talk to a person.
I will update this as time passes.
