Mega Furniture Furniture RipOff Specialists Phoenix Arizona
The company is a total public ripoff, and amazingly has been allowed to spread throughout the valley. I purchased a livingroom group, dinette with buffet. All paid in advance for delivery to our new home at close. Not only was it not delivered on time, but when it was delivered 4 of the 6 chairs were broken, and the buffet which only had three legs was leaned against the wall.
Calls to the store were referred to the warehouse, and the warehouse attempting to refer you back to the store. Finally these guys asked for pictures, which of course was another delay tactic. Nearly a month later, these guys roll in to "repair" my "new" furniture.???? and completely suprised I thought that solution was unacceptable.
Replacement furniture was finally brought out, and setup. Thinking everything was resolved and good to go, I put this behind me and have voided never to use them again. Unfortunately, about a month or so later, I finally sat on my new sofa, and it appears from the sound, that one of the arms is stuffed with paper instead of foam, cotton, or some simular material. This information is being given to you free, it cost me over $3000 to find out this company sucks.
