Wow! Thats interesting! Hi Carol! Just read your report and i am from Logan also! I have a theory on alot of these internet scams!! All should read this, think about it, investigate it and lobby congress about it!!! Internet scams are as rampant as an Japaneese Beetles lately! I ask myself, how can this be? When there are solutions!! Yes,thats right! Trackable solutions!! Think about this!! What if your bank could do a backcharge from your card and just put your money back in your acct??  Folks, my bank has done that on several occasions!!! And money was back in my acct!! Had to wait a couple weeks to see it tho.  Now this should open your eyes and make you aware!!!! Listen close!! After my bank did this on a few occasions and things were back to normal, i noticed my card being hit and debited at different places in the U.S. that i had never been to!!! Was happening 4 and 5 times in a month. My card was from a local bank here! And protected under the Visa card protection! Then, it was happening on my Moms bank card! Same Bank! We cancelled the cards and got new ones! It soon happened again!! Couldnt get a bit of informative info from the bank. How fishy i thought!! Later, we closed our accts and are with another bank now! No problems this far! Now if i would not have pursued all this lost money, or would not have gotten it all back because i may not have found all the fraud debits, then some one or some people would have made good money from me and im just one person! I heard from friends and family it was happening to them too!!! Does your Bank or PayPal, reimburse you fully on  credit card purchase you were scammed on??? Traditionally, they are supposed to as advertised by the credit card protection agreements you were to recieve with your card!! Not an extra insurance you had to buy! All the major cards were advertiseing that you have that protection when you get a Visa, Mastercard, etc.!! What if the majority of these online internet scams are either put out here by big banks and/or Big Bank insider employees!! Everything would make sense!!!! Simple bankcard protections that are supposed to protect you from fraud could be easily blindsided by the banks controling those protections, makeing you totally vulnerable to financial attack!! I can think of several ways your credit card could be totally secure and also from identity theft as well!! Without haveing to buy into those programs to make you secure!!! Its not hard! Question you need to be asking, is why dont they implement these safe guards?? Ill tell ya!! No money in it for them!! Ya! They cant scam you!!! The banks could sew it up so it would be almost impossible to scam you unless  Bank Insiders blindside your security!!!!  This intern scaming needs shut down!!If a legit money makeing progam makes it on the net, the once bitten wont bite!! And thats a sad loss!
