MEL LIEBERMAN - VICKI GREEN - DECORATORS MODEL HOMES STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THESE INDIVIDUALS. THEY ARE LIARS, THIEVES, AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED AT ALL ARLINGTON HEIGHT Illinois
I don't want to get into details with my experience, but...
I found this company on craigs list (location is near O'Hare) What ever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The owners Mel Lieberman and Vicki Green or heartless thieves that won't think twice about taking your money and not completing the sale as promised.
Decorators Model Homes/Mel Lieberman has almost 60 complaints filed against him with the BBB and 25 with the Attorney General. They also operate under the name Innovative Interiors in Chicago, and apparently do business across the country.
Do yourself a favor and google his name and you will see first hand what myself and many others are talking about. That being said, you will save yourself the time, aggravation, and your money!!!! They won't think twice about stealing your money! At first, they are nice people and will work very closely with you. BUT.. Once they receive the deposit and/or balance, they will turn their backs on you. They are mean evil people
I'm sure he is operating under several different company names too, so before you send any money, find out the name and DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE. Make sure you know the name of the company and the individual you are ordering from. This company only takes money orders, cash and checks, that's so you can't dispute it with a credit card. Think about it, what legitimate company doesn't use credit cards?
