Yes you have to write them a letter to cancel, so that it is legit and not some yahoo trying to cancel something you don't want canceled, if that was the case. All of this should have been explained to you by the person who signed you up for an account. You should have been bold enough to go back to the person who signed you up and ask them for help in canceling, I'm sure they would have been happy to help you. If you bought enough products to last you another year, then you bought way too much or you were not using it which is typical with a lot of people. The person who signed you up should have told you that you did not need that much and probably did if that was the case.
