First off, let me say that I feel horrible for the bad experience Pam has had. My own experience has been wonderful. When I joined, I was asked if I wanted to go online and look at catalog, or I could also have a catalog sent to me by my enroller to look at. I picked out the items that I wanted to try online. My enroller worked with me as long as I needed to be comfortable with calling the leads that she gave me. She still sends me leads, at her expense, and I am enrolling people fairly regularly. I also leave some lotion and candles out at work, which I have been asked about by many co-workers, and have had several enrollments for customers there. (I let them ask me, I will not badger anyone.) I did have one shipment where they left some items out, which they shipped out to me overnight the very day I called in to report the error. My enroller and upline have taught me that if someone asks for information about the company, you can provide that right away, and do not have to take the person on the conference call if they do not want to. As for the prices, I have found them to be about the same or cheaper than the store brands. Some of the products are concentrated, so you can not always compare an ounce of Melaleuca product to an ounce of another stores brand. You have to measure how many loads of laundry they will clean, etc. I personally feel better having these products in my home, and will not purchase some store brands that contain harmful chemicals. Again, this has been my experience, and I just wanted to share.

I have been a melaleuca consumer for over 2 years and I have never never had any problems, Pam from Ohio obviuosly does not understand business nor quality products. She must shop at the .99 cent store and if you want to compare pricing to that store then, yes our wellness quality productsare more expensive than those at the .99 store.. Now let me remind you they do not sell wellness products at that store. Pam, if that's all you have then may God bless you and I wish you luck in the future. Melaleuca has changed our lives, not only through Physical Wellness, Financial Wellness and Personal Wellness. I wonder why they have been in business for 20 years and growing every year. I tell you why, because they have exceptional products at reasonable prices.. Less expensive than grocery store brands. They have the BEST customer service I have ever seen than any company I have shopped with. Totally Disagree, Robbie Mendoza A proud Melaleuca consumer..
