Mellissa Schildtknecht (443)835-6808 hired us to complete an eviction at her bank owned property. After completing a bid she approved the job. We completed the work then sent invoice and picture right away. First she claimed she didnt get them even though I had email proof. Then She said she was making a second request for payment, then she just stop returning our calls.
She is committing fraud. She submit my invoice for payment and collected the money for the work and kept it.
