Complaint Review: Melissa's Weeve Palace / Melessa's Ultimate Hair Design - Internet Internet

Gone multiple times to give her a chance, FAILS everytime. My most recent and NOW LAST TIME I came in for a weave installation. Made an apppointment a week prior, was told to come in at 11, came at 10:40 am. I didnt leave the salon until 6 PM!!! Other customers walked into the salon hours later than me whilel I still waited. I guess because I was a younger customer she decided to not show me the same respect. ALL Customers should be treated equally. Once she worked on my hair starting at 5 pm, she burns me multiple times, makes my ear bleed without even TELLING ME, and sowes in my weave so tight I have swells and scabs! Work is overpriced! AT THAT, she was on the phone the ENTIRE TIME while working on me and other customers, highly UNPROFESSIONAL. If I didn't have an important events days after, I would have been left! Surprisingly multiple customers were leaving!! (wish I wouldve followed!) She was even on the phone talking about one of her websites and to have the bad reviews deleted immediately... found that ironic!

responding to the perm service that was never rendered at my salon this crazy actualization is coming from of friend of Samantha Valencia's owner empireasset management and marketinggroup located in Arizona back in May of 2012 I paid for a grant service I've 30 $800 and some to Samantha Valencia a pimp RSS management group for my salon in order to have a business proposal put together to help my company begin to teach young women classes enter possibly make my salon a school for women deserving of my time and effort I've been in the industry for over 25 years in service Mr Lindsay a reassuring me that the business proposal would help me get a grant

well miss a mit Bilancia is no longer in business and she's gay me when I say a total scam so watch out for these people her real name is Rosa Zynga but she goes by so many different Dallas is Alex Roth Samantha Valencia and many more make sure that you are not scams buy anything that has impart Asset Management LLC or group on there Nellis get back to the hair situation I'm located in Middletown Delaware I have never service anyone in Arizona or from Arizona sometimes I am strictly 95 percent customer-based hair extensions so why what someone write this about a perm which is not a service that I normally render

1 out of a hundred women would get a problem for me I specialize in hair extensions hair weaving hair replacement hair restoration does my passions because to many women today to suffer from these things so for whom ever this crazy psychotic I'm Nigel person is that Samantha had put this on the internet is sickening only because I put a rip off on her company so beware in capital letters of Empires Asset Management Group she has work for other companies if you feel in any way that someone is trying to scam you for granted do your research the Better Business Bureau you can pay to be on there so that will help you do your research going to the office set down with them do not take a phone call like I fall asleep did

so with all this being said I hope that whoever sees this a reason this note this is coming from my heart the owner of a salon Melissa I stand behind my work and this is a bunch of crap to try to diminish Rd Mize my business but to God be the glory what He has for me it is for me and let no man put asunder she has no power I pray that her business does not prosper because she is ripping people off I'm not the first do your research go on the internet type in Rosa Zynga or Samantha Valencia the last the bar I made was in December so this was her pay back to try to do my eyes me for services I don't even do am NOT in Arizona I'm in Delaware so if you have any questions feel free to call the salon you can google it and I will answer any questions you have
