members choice federal credit union and jubilee Mitsubishi are real something. you test drive one car and they give you another one. When you catch on, they then to proceed to tell you that if you want that certain car it will cost you more to get it.

then next comes members choice. They get your loan set up then its on. When they call you they are rude. I had a couple of incidents to happen and I tried to call and explain but all I got was attitude. I even texted back the number given and wasn't warranted a reply and told such.

life happens and they don't even consider that things can happen and you will be late paying. So what! They just repossess your car and tell you rudely that you can't get it back unless you pay loan in full.

don't bother talking to a supervisor or manager, they are just as rude. By law I have a right to pay past due amount ( was a little over a week late), but they agreed with the wicked witch of Waco and denied me the right to pay past due amt.

here recently heard that's all they do. It needs to stop. Victims lets starts class action suit and rally for them doing right.

I have no affliation with the credit union. But, from your very own post, you paid late.

Life happens to all of us, that's why we have savings accounts or emergency funds so monthly payments can be made on time even when 'life happens'. It is the difference in planning or not planning.

You clearly didn't have enough in your savings to make the payment. From your post and your attitude it sounds like you routinely make late payments and that is the root of the problem. If the credit union is violating their contract, then yes, it is a good idea to sue them. But I suspect that you are the one violating the terms and conditions of your vehicle loan.

As to the substitution of a vehicle at the time of purchase - not possible. You agreed to the vehicle substitution by signing the contract. If the vehicle that you drove away was not the vehicle on the contract, than that is a different story.

You are not a victim unless you allow yourself to become one (in a financial transaction).
