I've been a member of Memolink for close to 5 years. Initially I had no problems having my prizes redeemed--I guess they didn't have the large membership base that they have now.

Over the past few years, their turnaround in prize redemption has gotten slower and slower. What's worse is that instead of making good on promises made to members, they change their terms of service, and that's that. You wait longer, but you're not getting bumped to the head of the line.

At first it was a 4-8 week wait for your prize. Now, they say it may take up to 18 weeks. I've been waiting SIX MONTHS for a $10 prize (ordered before they changed their prize fulfillment terms), which I think is incredibly unfair. I'm sure they're getting immediate payment from the companies they are partnered with, but the people who are spending their money FOR them are dangled on a line and teased for redemption. Even manufacturer's and store rebates don't take THIS long!

I can not in good faith continue lining their pockets with my money by purchasing goods through their set of links if they're not going to make the effort and get their act together. From now on, I'll purchase directly through the manufacturer's website, and NOT through memolink.
