Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Merchant Industry, LLC which is run by Clark Krimer in Queens New York on Austin Street, is a fraudulent and dishonest business entity. In my whole adult and professional life, I have never come across a group of people as unprofessional, unaccountable and dishonest as of until I started a business relationship with them.

The owner Clark Krimer of Merchant Industry, LLC was recently indicted for allegedly money-laundering and promoting prostitution. I found this article recently on Newsday.

Of course my story is very similar to all those who have had the unfortunate fate of doing business with these con-artists. As a small business owner everything and everyone is accounted for. I, like every other fair-minded business person, am always looking for ways to cut unnecessary costs.

Merchant Industry offered me sweetheart of a deal. They PROMISED me a certain amount of savings that could be accumulated each month. They PROMISED me rates, discounts, fee waivers and so on. They even told me that they had the authority to disengage me from the contract I had with my previous processor.

I believed them (or in my case it was a 'sales rep') and took their word and regrettably signed the service agreement. BIG MISTAKE. I tried to right this wrong by calling them and having this resolved in a rightful manner. But instead of having this sickening issue resolved in a humane manner, I was left for dead. I had never felt so small, so helpless, so humiliated, so furious.

To Merchant Industries it was as if I was the one that was trying to pull a fast one. Their customer service rep on the phone had tried to make me think that It was I who had mistake of not fully understanding the terms and agreement of the service. After all, I had signed the agreement.

Now the ball was in their hands and they could play any which way that they pleased. I was ridiculed, harassed and at one point in my conversation with a 'supervisor' named Sandy, I was actually laughed at, literally. So from entry level customer service to upper-level authority, there was no one there that had a hint of professionalism. Nobody was accountable for any lies, deceits, fraud that had occurred.

I highly recommend any other victims to such vultures like Merchant Industries to PLEASE come forward with your story and report these sinister scam artists to the Federal Trade Commission or Better Business Bureau.

The rip off reports are all true. They pay employees to write fake reviews on sites like yelp, yellowpages etc. in order to repair their reputation. This is 100% true information I was told by one one of their partners in crime, Frank Kotliarski. He is a part owner in this company. Clark Krimer is in deed a drunk as well as many others at the place of work. The owner allows it. I used to work for this company for few months but decided to leave as there are too many lies and frauds going on. They raise rates without merchant's consent or knowledge. Fees are added randomly as they wish.

If you have 0 processing for the month they will add a non-processing fee and then customer servise reps are forced to lie when the merchant calls. Be aware when signing up. Some reps will lie as far as contract and cancelation fees. Your contracts will rarely match what is actually submitted to the bank, First data and First National Bank Of Omaha. Once you're in with them, it a hell to get out. The sales people are not truthfull and will lie, cheat and steal to get your business.

Once you are approved, good luck getting them on the phone. Following are; Larry Emmons, Yvonne Wright, Terence Gumbs, Louis Knowles, Clark Krimer, Daniel Shamail, Leo (Levan) Vartanov, Jeniffer Vartanov, Frank Kotliarski (son of Boris Kotlyarski, just google the name and you will be amazed who you are dealing with), Chris Benabu, Jimmy Shakemaister. Do not sign up as they will not treat you right ever but take your hard earned monies. I would never go back working for these scum of a people. I am ashamed to say i knew them and worked for them for a while.

Merchant Industry & Every Merchant Company Out There Is On Here Getting Accused of The Same Old Story. Non-SENSE if this was the case we would all be shut down by the banks the government and VISA/MC/Dsc/Amex!! Type in another major merchant provider in the above search bar and up pops the same accusations- It's called competitive mud-slinging. These stories are false hoods. I have nearly 100 Accounts with This companty & NEVER has there been one problem with money or withdrawls, deposits and I could supply a list of dozens of merchants that would HIGHLY recomend us! Thank You.

I have been working for Merchant Industry down here in Florida for awhile now. I operate a business offering there processing. To date every account I have is completely satisfied. Merchant Industry has always honored my commitments to all my merchants. They have not once overcharged, or "ripped-off" anyone of my merchants IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM! They respond to my requests in hours and are super easy to work with. Out of the 3 processors I have managed accounts for they have proven to be the best choice. Thank you for reading this. And please consider the great competition in this industry before you put a lot of faith in everything you read about all merchant providers.

Also keep in mind many times "customers" feel right when they are dead wrong! We all have learned this as business owners.

In response to point #3 they indeed are now in LIC, previously they were in Forest Hills with the "front" of the operation a cellular phone dealer. The "Manager" Clark Krimer used to come in 2 hours after opening and then head on over to Mardis Gras and TGIF for a day of drinking.

Hello, I recieved a call from a well spoken young man about a year ago, his name is Jimmy. Though i was hesistant to change processing companies, he actually read my statement and explained to me where he can lower my rates. I decided to give it a shot, we changed companies and started processing with Merchant Industry.

An employee of mine brought to my attention the "Ripoff Report", i completely freaked out, thinking the worst, i contacted jimmy who picked up right away, he asked me to give him a chance because this site has been ruining thier business due to a bitter former employee. I didnt know what to do but i didnt want to pay any early termination fee's. Im proud to say.. i have been with this company for over a year now and the service is the best. I even have Jimmy's cell phone number. If there was something i didnt understand, he once spent 40 minutes on the phone with me going over my entire bill, which actually made sense. What was promised was delivered!!!

I dont know who had what experience but I really wanted to write this because iv been waiting for some bs to happen and it never did. I dont care who had what experience, I have been an extremely satisfied customer. I have always gotten a call back, rates have been the same for a year no extra charges or hidden fee's.

Lastly, I have referred a couple of people to this company and everyone seems happy with the service and customer support as well. Thank You

Well, at first this report was made intentionally to harm the company's reputation.

Who is what writing without any knowledge or information regarding to this company is big mistake.

Second, Clark Krimer is not owner of the company.

Third, the company is located in Long Island City, not in Forest Hills.
