Merchant One 2 pages of BAD REVIEWS for a reason! deceptive,fraudulent,scammers,do not use Miami Beach Florida
Merchant One is a flat out typical shady credit card processor who most likely pays to be on the topten website as there is no way on this earth they should have a high ranking! You think used car salesman should have a bad rap ha these guys are the bottom of the barrel!
First off they will call you non stop 3-4 times a day if you show even an inkling of being interested in their services. Then once they "got ya" they don't care about anything other than taking your hard earned money from your account! They will get you with higher fees along with little BS fees and whatever else they feel is ok to take. They will also screw up on their end and take absolutely no responsibility even though you have the proof right in front of them. The "worker bees" like to pass you on down the line to the next department so that nothing actually gets accomplished and it's just hearsay to the next worker drone. I sugned up for them after having a nighmare with another merchant provider and learned I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER MERCHANT SERVICE THAT HAS ACCESS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN, EVER! If you are reading this or any of the other reviews like I wish I would have before they milked me out of over $600 due to their mistakes I would have never signed on. Oh and also their customer service people don't like to hear the truth so they get all "defensive" and basically hang up on you like little children, it's unbelieveable to me that employees would act this way. It's all good as I learned my lesson and like another reviewer said these places will be a thing of the past due to their own demise. Karma is a BI%^& lol!
To sum up this bad review of Merchant One I would say this. DO NOT USE MERCHANT ONE FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR! 2 or 3 bad reviews I could see but over 30 and that's not even to mention the majority of people who don't have/take the time to write a review to help others. I am doing this to help others not make the same mistake I did. We all work too hard for these scammers to just take our money for doing absolutely nothing! I am now using a paypal swiper that comes free of charge and the money goes right on a debit card to use however my heart desires and guess what there are zero monthly fees! Peace- mark r
