Merchant Processing Solutions Sage Payment Solutions Unauthorized ACH transactions - over charges on account - fees , Internet
The paperwork for this agreement in unlegible and we did not recieve a copy of it at time of signing - big mistake. We were charged without authorization set up fees of $575. Customer service not helpful always says they will return our call but never does.
For product and services they overcharged us on our statement - BIG TIME. Then when we wanted to cancel they took over $3000.00 in cancellation fees and the cancel fee contractually should have been only $1225. They are also Holding $1000.00 in credit card transactions that should have been debited to our account. Now they refuse to return our phone calls.
Total Rip-Off's
