It only takes one letter sent certified mail, return reciept requested. It is called a debt validation letter. Specifically state that you dispute the debt and it is not yours. Then request a certified copy of the original contract/application you allegedly signed.

This company Merchants Credit uide Co. is most parasitic in nature. I would advise you to first contact the original creditor and have the ceridtor validate the information that was given at the time that the bougas account was obtained. Pay close attention to the place were the indivisual that got the account stated to be working, get the phone numer and address, then caontact that business and or human resources department had have them verify that the imformation that was given was bougas
