i went into the store, and inquired about metro pcs coverage in upstate ny, the guy promised me, i won't have any issues and i will be happy, then the guy maid me pay for the more expansive plan telling me that for the 1st month it is mandatory to start with the $50 plan, i paid everything in cash and left the store, sure enough, as soon as i passed the george washington bridge , the trouble started, after 2 minutes on the palisades parkway the signal went dead , and over with the conversation, to make a long story short, a week of hell, with costumer service trying to intimidate me instead of telling me the truth, that the service only works in city centers, and then the store refused to refund me for the month of service  i paid telling me i will get a check from the company, then, the company refused to release my number back to page plus, until i pay them another month of service, and also advised me that no check will come for the 1st month , and that the store told them they refunded me already in cash for both the phone and the service, i won't describe my bitter feelings here as awful as they are, because i want you to read the dry facts the way they are , and you be the godge
