METRO PCS I feel I have been scammed by METRO PCS when they sold me a defective iPhone and there is no corporate office Fayetteville, georgia Nationwide
I am so frustrated. Metro PCS Fayetteville, Georgia store sold me a defective iphone. Only 2 months ago I purchased a iphone in this store, and METRO PCS has no corporate offices where you can speak with a live person to resolve. The corporate stores that I was told to take the phone back to replace, do not have store phone numbers where you can call to check on replacement phone. They told me that they would text me when my replacement phone would be available for pick up in 3-5 business days.....no phone, no text, no corporate store phone number to check.
Customer service with METRO PCS is a scam. They are only a call center to listen to complaints. Customer service can't resolve any issue, and the overall Corporate Offices of METRO PCS is a scam. BEWARE!!! An authorized Apple store told me to beware of defective iphones being sold at METRO PCS Stores.
