Metro towing inc. Treat and intimidate by trying to scam me of my cash. Los angeles California
This morning around 8:45 am I stopped and parked at the jackinthebox on Sunset and Cahuenga , decided to go across the street to purchase a coffee and return within 3 min. As I got in my truck and turn it on to leave here comes a tow truck out of no where and grab my truck with me in it and lift us of the ground very aggressive. I got of my truck very scared and then the driver comes and treats me to call the police if I don't step away . I ask he to please let me go that I only was there for a couple of minutes and he replied very loud and upset that the only way he can drop my truck if I pay $250 other wise he was going to take it to East LA yard , at this time I said please don't take it I will pay you here is my business credit card . His respond was I only take Cash there are several ATM around , but I will only give you 5 min. At this time I run to the bank and Walgreens but my debit card was expired so I couldn't get the cash. When I came back I told him that I couldn't get the cash that made him very upset and wanted to fight with me . I told take my truck and walked away into jackinthebox he made a call and came back in to tell that he was going to drop of my truck . When I got my truck I call his supervisor and didn't help at all. This towing co. Made me feel like if I was in another corrupt country . I complaint to jackinthebox and they are going to review the recordings .
