 I have been easy with my words towards MetroPCS phone company, but I am just sick and tired of their ways of billing people. My phone bill is dew on the 3rd of each month, I even up graded my phone on the 3rd of April to make sure of my bill dew date was on that day. They tell me that it is on the 3rd each month. But they do not open up their office until 9am or later. Knowing that I can't pay the bill until after they open, my phone gets cut off by 8am. Why can't they wait until noon or closing time for that day? That is the question. Why do they do this to people, my bill is paid on time and in full every month.
