Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

The retailer tells you that the total cost of the phone also includes your first month's bill, which will be included upon signing up. I paid $298.97 for (2) phones "Family Plan." The phones were on sale. 2-3 hours later, I get a text welcoming me to Metro PCS and that I have no Metro PCS credit available, that my next payment due will be $150.00, including displaying the date the bill will be due each month. I was floored! When calling customer service, a representative from the Philipines answered my call. They asked for my password, 8 digits long. The retailer never provided me with such option of selecting a password. The customer service representative told me that they cannot assist me without this information. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They asked me to hold. During the 2-3 min. waiting, I can hear talking and laughing in the background while I was on hold...A supervisor came online, I greeted them with my name, then the line made a couple beeps, the line went dead.

I went online to create a password so that I may view my current charges along with my service plan. Each and every time I attempted register, a message would appear saying Metro PCS is experiencing technical problems, please call customer service.

This cellular service is AWFUL!

I have since, went to the website of the FCC to file a formal complaint about Metro PCS. The more I can share with others how AWFUL the service is with trying to connect to customer service, to obtain correct information, and more, then the better I will feel in hopes that one day, Metro PCS will take heed to the disappointment of their customers. Sad to say, one cannot simply terminate service until you are lucky to speak the same language as the foreign customer service representative before they "accidently" terminate the in-coming line (You).
