My story is identical to the ones before. Different document, same rip off. Website, plausible, spoke with Federico several times, and exchanged emails. Once my Western Union payment to AMPARO GABRIELA REYNA DELGADILLO was picked up, no more return calls, or emails, and no document will be forthcoming, based on the numerous reports before. Of course, I wish I had read these complaints first.
I did call Western Union, and there is nothing they can do but they will put an alert on further payments to dear Amparo. Too late for me and those before, and I suspect if Amparo is blocked, Federico will find someone else to help perpetrate his scam.
