MGA Business Consulting affiliated with ---> DMC Atlanta ---> Cydcor ---> DS-Max Running a job scam. People will not get what they are promised. They try to get you to interview quickly so you don't research them. They run a similar model to Cydcor and DS-Max Phoenix Arizona
They run ads on Craigslist and other job boards and offer Management Entry Level positions. Once you accept their job offer, you will find yourself selling products and services door to door or inside big-box retailers (Costco selling DirecTV etc.). In many cases you will end up working 60 hours per week for less than minimum wage. Depending on the state, you will be 100% commission to start. These guys are the masters of the job scam.
The entire company is setup in such a way that they squeeze the most out of eager young talent and give back as little as possible. They don’t have to offer any benefits until 90 days of employment but they know that 95% of of the people “hired” will figure out that they have been duped well before they have to pay. The only overhead that they have is renting office space to give the impression to new recruits that they are a legitimate company and paying the secretary/recruiter who spends her day scheduling interviews to keep up with the constant turnover.
This company constantly changes the names of the field offices so that people are unable to track down useful information on this job scam.
They offer management positions and what you get is a straight commission, face-to-face/door-to-door (or standing in big-box stores) sales position with little chance of making much income at all.

Thank you for your reports on DMC Atlanta. I have just graduated with an accounting degree and I was approached about interviewing for an "account manager” position, which from what I can tell means driving to stores on my own dime, selling directly, & then being crammed into a hotel room with others, all for less than minimum wage. Mr. Dorfman’s rebuttal basically consists of telling the people he has taken advantage of, "No one made you do it,” and to paraphrase, "you’re obviously lazy & want a handout”. No, Mr. Dorfman, you are the one who wants something for nothing: to work people long hours for next to nothing because you found a legal way to do it. Well, thanks to this website I will avoid your organization at all cost! I am skilled and hardworking, and I do expect to earn a fair wage for a fair day’s work, and so should everyone else. I noticed that you have had other businesses under other names. Why is that exactly?
