Mi Familia Medical Dr. Richard Malouf I produced signs for Mi Familia Medical and provided them with invoices totalling $900. They refuse to pay stating that the signs were free Dallas, Texas
I produced signs for Mi Familia Medical that were approved before they were produced. I produced over $900 in signs and Dr. Richard Malouf the owner claims the signs were free. He refuses to pay me nor responds to phone messages. I have an email from Lauren Campbell, his assistant acknowledging the debt but still a refusal to pay. It's been 10 months in trying to collect this outstanding debt. I will continue to go thru every media outlet until i am paid to warn all contractors not to do any work for any person in his company including All Smiles Dental in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex

Why waste time on media outlets? If you'd filed a small claims action, you would have probably been paid months ago. Texas allows for claims of up to $10,000 to be settled this way.
