Miami Furniture False advertisement, poor quality Miami Florida
Just got ripped off by this store. I bought a 5 piece bedroom set for $1900 thinking it was a good buy based on the pictures in their website. I though it would be a better alternative to a traditional furniture store, but I am beginning to think otherwise. It took an hour to start hearing the mattress creaking, and the quality is not nearly what I expected. They missed one piece at delivery. Cheap wood, unfinished not sanded drawers, loose dresser handles. On top of it and the worst part of it, the mattress is the worst quality possible, hard as rocks. When we asked for a return they denied it at first and then said they would keep $640 for restocking. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, I'm in tears thinking I will have to sleep in this horrible bed after having back surgery. I cannot afford another set or loose my money like that.
