You either received a warranty or you didn't. In every used car deal in the USA, you are presented with a disclosure sheet which tells you the deal is either "As Is" or a warranty is included. YOU the customer are presented with this LEGAL DOCUMENT which YOU are to READ and sign! Let me guess, you didn't even bother to read what you were signing, did you? Incredible! If you would have read that document, you wouldn't be here claiming a warranty was "implied". That document would have told you so in no uncertain terms! What is wrong with you people who keep signing their name WITHOUT reading what they are signing? Apparently this is an "As Is" purchase and you won't be getting free warranty service! Of course, you would have known this had you been a smart consumer!
