Michael Bacolas false calls to police does not matter to me at all. The police will not come to me never again withMichael Bacolas family cause they are tired of lies from him. Michael Bacolas moved because he is scared of all the lies he tells all the time..Michael is really stupid because If I want him I will ..False numbers again these numbers are not his numbers it is the cases on him..He can lie all he wants if I see him out anywhere Plus I know where he lives he has no protection now. Michael Bacolas has called the police 2 or three times the first call was Michael told the police that Greg tried to shot his kids...LIES, he then went to the court house and told the judge that I (sheryl french) was the one with the gun. Then Michael Bacolas calls my house on September 28, 2007, after he used his middle son's girlfriends cell phone to call my house..I called the number back and yes I used curse words and told him not to call my house ever again...Then after I hung up with Mr. Bacolas, he then called Greg Lake's cell phone about 2 min, later. About 15 minutes later I have 2 police officers at my door with guns drawn asking me to step out of MY HOUSE.. When I asked them what the problem was they told me that they got a call from Michael Bacolas that Greg Lake has threatened him with a gun..Now how bizzare is that when I was the only one home at the time, and Mr. Lake was in Phoenix?????? Yes I showed the officer MY REGISTERED CONCEALED WEAPON!!!! And had a nice conversations with one of the officers, while the other officer...was on the phone with Mr. Lake. Now folks from my house to Phoenix is about an hour drive. How could Greg Lake be at home treaten Mr. Bacolas with a gun on the phone, and be back into Phoenix becfore the police got here??? Now it is a good thing my son was not here to see that one... Now as for Michael Bacolas saying I called Child Protective Services on him yes I did and the reason for that is because thanks to Mr. Bacolas they were here at my house, wanting a drug test, wanting to look in my fridge, cupboards,my sons room and my 3 dogs....Now I do have 3 pitbull dogs that would never hurt my son ever......They came to my house and said they got a call that my son was being abused, bitten, not fed, and does not go to school. Again lies from the Bacolas family, now agian with Michael's move he says he is in fear for his childrens lifes right...Well why is it Michael Bacolas JR, can come up to Greg and start talking to him!! To Whomever Might Be Reading This Garbage: After filing embezzlement and check fraud charges against Greg Lake & Sheryl French (Case No. 07086593 & 07-171615), Greg Lake threatened my children with a firearm on August 30, 2007. Report No. 07095947. After that date, I filed two injunctions against harassment against these two characters as their threats, freakish emails, and the stalking of my family were a direct threat to the safety of my children. Since filing these orders of protection against Greg Lake & Sheryl French, these "people" have continued to stalk my children, continued their email campaign of intimidation, and published false and bizarre reports on this blog. They carry firearms and Sheryl is an SMI patient of Value Options, the behavioral health provider for indigent people suffering from serious mental illnesses in Arizona. On a recent background check of this individual, I found she was receiving cash benefits for her mental illness through SSI, although her income from my company would have barred such benefits. Apparently, Ms. French's resume now includes social security fraud. They never learned the lesson of not throwing rocks if you live in a glass house. Maybe they never heard that proverb, as they were homeless for most of 2007, living on mine and other people's couches. Such are the lives of the indigent. Now back to this new bizarre blog entry. I have two orders of protection against Greg Lake and Sheryl French, CV07-00193 and CV07-00194. Apparently, freak French filed a hearing to contest the order of protection, and there was a hearing on September 27, 2007. I did not attend this hearing as I did relocate my residence to remove my children from harms way, and I did not get notice of the order of protection hearing as I had moved. The hearing was for the order of protection against Sheryl French. It had nothing to do with the current embezzlement and check fraud investigation against these characters. The order of protection was quashed as I did not attend the hearing. The orders of protection are separate from the criminal investigations for embezzlement and check fraud, which by the way, have yet to be submitted to the city attorney for prosecution. Greg Lake is a moron and he thinks people who read these blogs are bigger morons to believe his "smoke screen" tactics in liue of prosecution. Only an ignorant, truly ignorant person would discredit their own character on line as he continues to do so, like clock work. Every false statement he makes that is discredited on this blog will be used 10, 20, 30 years in the future by opposing parties to discredit Mr. Lake's testimony in future causes of action, which he will undoubtedly become a party to. He has already been proven to file false reports and this bizzare conduct will be used by other victims of his in the future to destroy his credibility as a reliable witness. Mr. Lake has destroyed his own credibility and he has established himself as a sociopath, antisocial individual with a total lack of character. Unfortunately, Greg is so illiterate he doesn't know the future ramifications with publishing knowingly false statements. Now he's saying the charges for embezzlement and check fraud have been dropped, when the charges have yet to even be brought against Mr. Lake as the investigation is still underway; the police in Surprise and El Mirage are still conducting their investigations and have yet to submit to the city attorney for prosecution. But that is soon to come. Everyone has experience with orders of protection or knows someone who has had an order of protection. The person who gets served the order of protection has a certain amount of time to contest the order with a hearing. If the plaintiff, the one bringing the order of protection, does not attend the injunction hearing, the order is quashed. A plaintiff will NEVER have an arrest warrent for failing to show up to an order of protection hearing for which he filed. The order gets quashed. Period. This is yet another false statment brought by Greg Lake. Greg Lake is truly an ingnorant individual for going on this blog and stating which, again, someone with a third grade education would comprehend. Either that or he really thinks the people who read this garbage is as illiterate as he obviously is. But Greg's rantings become even more ludicrous. He's now claiming he brought 3 witnessess....to an order of protection hearing...for Sheryl? Ok, sure. And whose going to believe this one? The judge I show this insane blog entry to? Greg Lake is so illiterate that he doesn't stop to think what he is writing and whether it makes any sence. Suppose he does have these fictional witnesses, who are they and why would they be at an order of protection hearing for harassment? If it were true, which it is not...obviously...it would be the wrong case at the wrong place. But Greg doesn't have enough cognitive abilities to conjugate a rational smear campaign. He discredits himself with these bizarre and outlandish statements. So tell me Greg, was one of the witnesses Rose Capen from Walla Walla? Oh, you don't mention her anymore as there is no Rose Capen in Walla Walla, she's from Thermopolis, Wyoming. That was from another fraudulent report Greg Lake filed on this blog which totally destroys his credibility on anything and everything. I guess I couldn't have asked for a more stupid perpretrator. Now back to why I had to move. Greg Lake and Sheryl French have been stalking my home and my children, since I filed the reports for embezzlement and check fraud. I moved as I was in fear for my cildren's safety (would you want these freaks to know where your children live if they were coming after you?). That's pretty much all these "people" have to retaliate for their termination and the ensuing criminal prosecution: to go on this blog and file false reports and harass my children. Very dispicable. Case in point: Greg Lake & Sheryl French, in a vain attempt to hurt me and my family for pursuing prosecution for embezzlement and check fraud, filed a false report with Child Protective Services on August 30, 2007. That, of course, was a false report, like all these ridiculious blog entries, and the report was closed as false. Well, like a truly sociopathic individual, Sheryl French went back and filed another false report with CPS on September 16, 2007. This one was vulgar, sickening, and vile. That report was also closed as a false report. The CPS worker is Archie Okon, CPS Specialist III, 5701 W. Talavi Blvd. #180, Glendale, AZ 85306. (602)942-1603. Archie is aware of the smear campaign and is disgusted that people would use CPS as a venue to file false reports against decent people who are already victims of crime. What Greg Lake and Sheryl French fail to realize is that I have credibility and character, as I am a retired counselor and worked for Arizona Baptist Children's Services in the 1990s. They have no credibility, they file false reports on this blog and with state agencies, and their own conduct and statements are self damning. Can people be more ignorant? Obviously they can. Greg's assinine behavior was compounded on September 27, 2007, when he violated the order of protection I have in place against him (remember, it was Sheryl's order that got quashed, not his). He began calling my business phone and lo and behold, began leaving threatening and sickening messages. What is even more stupid is that Greg Lake and Sheryl French have obviously been stalking me and my family, as nobody knew we moved. The day after we moved, to get my children away from their insanity, he goes on this blog and posts my new address. What planet do these people come from? They were stalking me and my children and followed us to our new home the night we moved...to get away from them. By posting my new address on this blog, he admits to violating the order of protection against me and my children, and now I am pursuing yet another cause of action against these subhumans: Stalking. These people are BIZARRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Listen, I have to take responsibility for my part in this insanity. I should have done a complete criminal background check on these "people", which I didn't, prior to hiring them. That mistake has been corrected. The sad thing is I probably would have dropped the charges against Greg Lake & Sheryl French if they would have left me and my family alone. But the insanity of the internet assaults, the false blog reports, the false CPS reports, and the stalking of my family will result in nothing more than a total conviction against these two evil and sadistic individuals.
