I called ICAN to complain about an agent who sold to me over the phone health insurance, when I fone i was speaking to an agen female, I told her that " I need to speak to a supervisor" she insisted I gave her my information. which I find strange because I would have given my info to the supervisor, had they connected me to one, so I went ahead and gave this female agent my ss as she requested my address, then she ask me to tell her the problem i said ne I want to speak to a supervisor for the 3rd time this after she got my info, she hesitated, then reluctantly after a long hold on the fone, she transferred me to another agent, male when he came on the fone I asked are you a supervisor, he said no, again i asked may I speak to a supervisor, he proceeded to ask me my address an dmy ss , i then told him i just gave this info to the previous agent, yet he insisted on me giving him info and as the previous female agent he wanted to assume the role of supervisor, i again asked, no i need to speak to a supervisor, he put his hn on the mouth piece as though toeither confer with somelse i again was put on not a normal fone hold but cover the mouthpiece of the fone. until they decide what they want to do with me, as i was agin put on a pause, then someone who sounded like the same agent i was speaking to came on and told me he was a supervisor, then as was asked to give my address again an dI began my complaint concerning the agent who originally sold me the health insutance, my complaint is that he had just called me that morning harrassing me, and i was suspicious of Michael Graham the original agent in charge of divulging some of my privated infomation, this possibly so called supevisor then began to tell me of my new address which I had purchase the plan under another state where I lived at the time of purchase and I was going had told the 2 previous agents only of that address, thi so called supervisor told me you now live here here and here, thus citing my new address which i had not give to Ican benefit group, so my suspicion were confirmed someone in that group is using there position to give my info publickly. never during these conversations with the 3 agents previous or neither have I vere reported to this group a change of address, so i am suspicious of Michael Graham one of the agents there has been using his position to possibly give my info, so in the end i do not know if I spoke to a real supervisor or not was put on hold. i know that the agent Michael Graham had a connections with the mafia, he had a shady past and my new adddress to be known and and this chase and hold to speak to a supervisor while it seems as though they are trying to decide who wants to be supervisor for that minute, then i remember another incident where I called and Michael Grahams extension and he respond " michael Graham supervisor, when actually i knew he was an agent not asupervisor at the time, so i have my doubt and a reasonable one to believe that there are some shady agents and peope there answering the public call as people call in to purchase a precious health, life benefits. beware!
