If you are reading this post, I’m sure you are also a victim of Michael Lee, who is associated with Northern Leasing and Smart Card Merchant Processing Service.

What we were offered and promised by MICHAEL LEE from SMART CARD MERCHANT PROCESSING SERVICE / NORTHERN LEASING was complete LIE and found out later that this is the PLANNED FRAUD CASE. 

Michael Lee visited and offered me that our business can save a lot of money if we are qualified for the attractive rate of 1.75% FLAT RATE PROGRAM for 4 years and if we don’t like their service, we can cancel it anytime WITHOUT any charge or any penalties.  Also, he even stated his service will NOT charge any of HIDDEN fees that will confuse clients.  Then, he FORCED me to initial and sign on the documents that I never had chance to read and understand because he was HIDING all the IMPORTANT PART. 

I heisted to do so, but he said we will NOT know whether we are able to join this LOW FIXED RATE program or not unless I signed and initial the blank documents.  Somehow, he got me to do all that with his confidence in talking and repeated assurance phrase of “this is just for QUOTE purpose, NO contract or agreement, DON’T WORRY, TRUST ME, I’m doing this full time and I have over 20 years of experience and I’m here to HELP business owners to save money.  I NEVER LIE.”  Then later on, we found out that documents were the actual non-cancelable agreement/contract of the lease for 48 months!

As my assurance, I asked him if I can record our conversation to avoid any miscommunication.  He said it is a good idea because he also wanted to be transparent on whatever he promises verbally is true.  He even left me his signed hand-written commitment/promises on piece of paper.  So I trusted him even more.  That's how CONFIDENT he was while he was TRICKING or LYING to people.  Michael Lee is born to be a SCAM ARTIST!

Calling Smart Card Merchant Services and Northern Leasing did NOT solve any issues after all!  Yes, this is the PLANNED FRAUD activity; and we are in “loose-loose” situation since they have “signed” documents.   Even though I was FORCED to sign them without knowing they were the actual agreement, the lawyers only trust in “writing”, unfortunately.

Since lawyers are NOT able to help us anything due to “signed” lease agreement, plus, hiring the lawyers will cost more than the lost, I’m very sure that a lot of people gave up the situation and just crying every day and feel ashamed of themselves for the mistakes that they made.  Like other victims here, I have to stick with this machine until the lease is up with super high rates!

Hope these over 550+posts from all the victims of Northern Leasing including Michael Lee will be seen by good lawyer team and bring all of the people associating with this company some kind of punishments of what they’ve been doing for their living.
