Michael Palazzo has not held one of the LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE conferences that he has issued by press releases throughout the web.
He has been successful sued by FRANKLIN COVEY for unethical practices.
If you are to be hired as facilitator.... You will never leave the building.
Statement of fact:
I was hired to work for this man in Dec of 08.
I was told to buy book and to buy a different phone and I would be re-reimbursed. I never was.
AS A FACILITATOR... You will get bookings postponed, postponed, and then canceled.
He will blame it on a sales team.
He has NO Print advertising . He relies on an all commission sales team that drop out like flies.
In December I booked dates with his company through April 09 2009. Due to this I am unemployed,as I scramble to build workshop and conference business, as I left in March due to a complete lack of work.NOT ONE EVENT came to fruition.
If you are to be hired on sales staff. He will sell you a GREAT DREAM of what you will make.
He will state there is NO COLD CALLING. However, very quickly he will tell you , you will be giving a vertical market and you will smile and dial all day without results.
Your commission structure sound good. You will never get 15 -25 -or 50 "butts in seats.
He has pages and pages on Google - press releases. He HAS NEVER PRODUCED A ONE ***LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE***
IN DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY, OR MARCH 2009.
All of his Leadership Challenge Conferences had to be canceled due to a lack of a sales force-- They quit.
As, I was employed there- I was told and listened to voice massages of him terrorizing his former staff - with emails, ims , home calls for "working materials"
What were these important document's??? They were the OUTDATED sales and contact sheets for the CANCELED Leadership Challenge workshops!
Simply amazing. I had to email him , and tell him that I BURNED every piece of "sales" materials .
I, personally had to email him and tell him if he emailed me or called me - I would have to call the police for harassment. After, I had left town to WORK-[my own book of business] I told him in advance I would be unreachable for 4 days. During that time he decided that he had to talk to me, he barraged me with emails, phone calls to my home[[[-DUH! I was out of town! ]]] I calmly explained I was not available via email do to my work schedule, and he continued Emails, phone calls -to my home- and phone calls to my cell. It was during this time and observing his erratic behavior - that I sent him an email that I quit. I received a threatening email. At that time I emailed , that if he ever contacted me again. I would call the police. I would sue him for harassment.

He works out of his home. He constantly wanted me to come and do business at his home. Creepy. I suggested , a resturant and he would make demands I was to meet at his home. NO Way- NO HOW. Even , after I was pushed into telling him my level of discomfort. He bulldozed ahead and insisted on his house. VERY CERY CREEPY.
I followed up with if he wanted to meet me he woudl meet me in a resturant with my future husband. If he needed to speak with me in person.
All I can say is:
Beware, Be careful. He works out of his home...look at the website. Its a PO BOX address.
He has NO MONEY for this company. HE IS WAITING TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL CONFERENCE -TO EARN THE MONEY. TO PAY YOU.

He stiffed his entire sales team.
He hasn't paid his two other facililators. He stiffed them.
He hired a webmaster , who worked on his website for three months . He was never paid. The webmaster called me to inquite if he should be putting up my material on the website. I told him NO WAY. I do not work for that man.
He hired a single mother out of Fla to be his COO. She moved herself and her daughter to Raleigh,NC. He didn't pay her her salery. She left and has filed suit with the AG of North Carolina.
We[ his staff] have filed against him at the Chamber, Better Business Bureau , Dept of Labor and the AG in North Carolina.

Michael Palazzo formerly known as Michael Pallazzo Productions is now scamming folks using a newly formed company, Palazzo Media Group, LLC. based in Raleigh North Carolina. He is being sued in North Carolina under the old company name and now he is at it again.
