Michelle shoemaker Michelle Martinez insurance, fraudulent lawsuit Lumberton, New Jersey
This Michelle shoemaker-Martinez is her fraud again. Suing a poor man claiming severe back injuries , yet photos surfaced on Facebook of her coaching a cheer leading squad , Lumberton hurricane s, she was jumping, bending and flipping like a pretty agile person in the photos. Yet she claims this car accident caused her such back pain that she could barely walk. Yet she never received disability n continued even working full days standing n sitting!! She refuses to let drs examine get n sued the poor man twice in two different states, at least Pa recognized her fraud n dismissed her case.
She is suing only because she thinks the man owns a business. She barely works, cuts hair under the table without declaring taxes and is a professional at suing people for a living, instead of finding a real job. She is fifty but need the cash formore botox. It's said they even entertain this lawsuit when she is as I blatantly shown cheering not a year later!! Thanks for Facebook helping to catch these frauds! She hurt herself cheering probably but signed a statement to not Sue the Lumberton hurricanes if she were to get injured,,, so sur the Guy who tapped ur car a year ago!!

Once u , n already have been , proven a fraud, the court should take legal action against her a fire wasting everyone time n money n a social security number.
