In December 2012, I was given a new Lenovo Laptop Computer with an internal Microsoft 2010 activated software program on a Windows 7 operating system.
Now, a year later, Microsoft tells me that I must pay $40.00 to reactivate the Office 2010 software program with a "product key" or purchase for $99.00 the upgraded Office 2013 version. My incoming e-mails with Microsoft Word attachments will no longer open up until I do this.
They tell me that the initial Office 2010 activated software was only "temporary" and good for only 1 year.
