I have been with Mid10 Marketing for more than a year and play a key role in recruiting our Telemarketing Agents. First and foremost, Rosalynd Doneghy was not an "employee" with Mid10 Marketing but an "Independent Contractor" and was released from her contract due to poor performance and a slowing down of current industry demands. It concerns me that she is so vindictive and vengeful. I am certain it is also a major concern for potential businesses looking to recruit her.
We, Mid10, pride ourselves on listening to the consumer and making sure that their needs are met. We never call a consumer back who has asked to be included on the DNC list. We counsel our agents to "listen" to the consumer. Ms. Doneghy knows this but chooses to take a negative approach and retaliates as a disgruntled Contractor.
I feel it is my obligation to speak the truth about Mid10 Marketing since Ms. Doneghy is going out of her way to spread untruths and slander a very reputable company. None of her claims or accusations are founded about the company or individuals that she mentioned in her statement.

The image was approved as it was uploaded by RipOffReport. Why would they post it if it was illegal. What is illegal and a severe breach is for Rosalynd Doneghy to divulge proprietary company information in violation of the Uniform Trade Secret Laws. She signed a legal agreement that she understood and agreed to these terms. She is believed to have breached it with intent to harm just like the threatening emails that were sent before she started to post these slanderous comments. In addition the company received an email from a new alias claiming that the company can get it resolved by responding to the email sent; the company is then supposed to receive contact information on how to 'fix it'. Very suspicious.

It is illegal to post a person's signature online. Whoever's signature that is should pursue this posting through the appropriate authorities, the police. This is harassment to post a signature because it can be used for identity fraud. I am surprised a legitimate company would behave in such a manner. Advice to the person whose signature appears in this stupid post, contact Google they will remove it immediately. Use this link to contact them and they will remove it from their search results.

I can't believe what I am reading. Ms. Doneghy I have worked for this company for some time now and nothing you are saying is true. (NOTHING) You should be ashamed of yourself. We help people all day every day and you want to belittle this company for whatever reason. I don't know what is wrong with you but I will pray that God has mercy on your soul.

This is none other than libel and slander of a company who hired Rosalynd Doneghy [not LKing as pretended to be] to be an agent. When she was let go she sent threatening emails to the company, threatening individuals with harm, and was reported to the TBI [Tennessee Bureau of Investigations].
Rosalynd Doneghy has judgment(s) against her in New Jersey and also resides in Virginia Beach. We highly recommend not to hire this woman as she is a liability and makes claims that are false. She was quite a happy agent as long as she stayed on a project, but once let go she lied and became vindictive.
A lawsuit is being filed for libel and slander against her. People who do this because they are angry individuals must be held accountable. None of her claims are true and they will be dealt with,
