Mid Atlantic Engines / Powertrain Products midatlantic engines changed name to powertrain products to avoid warranty liability Upper Marlboro Maryland
We believe the company is still owned by Paul Daley of Lothian, MD. He was the owner of Midatlantic Engines and on January 1 2008 changed the company name to Powertrain Products.
He did this to try to avoid covering the product he sold which came with a 3 year warranty. The business is still at the same address, and has the same phone #. We believe that currently the company is still owned by Paul Daley and still operates using the same bank account and tax id # as Midatlantic.
There should be some recourse if you personally sue Paul Daley or file suit against the "new owner" Eddie Symonds who has worked for Paul for many years. Somehow these two are working together to get rich by scamming the consumer.
