Went to midas the Mesa az location to have my a/c fix was blowing hot air and they told me that it would be 100.00 for it to be put through the computer to see what was the issue, pay the 100.00, and they told me that my a/c was not working because the car computer was not sending a signal so it need it a new computer and it was going to be $865. plus tax and it only will take 2 days to repair.

Took them  4 days for repairs missed 1 day of work when I got there to pick up my car they were charging me $1300.00 because the time belt broke, and at the time I only had $1100.00 to pay them I asked why did they not call me to let me know about it so I paid and my a/c was working a month later my a/c was  blowing hot air again I was so upset that I need it to missed another day of work to take my car in and inconvenience someone to help drop my car to the shop.  I submitted a complaint in the midas website in there it said that they will contact me within 3 business days to this day no one has called me. 

I took my car to a different midas the tempe location and I explained to them what was going on thinking that they were going to help me there and they told me to drop my car they were going to check and called me to let me know what was the issue and sure I did, 4 hours later they called me telling me that the they put some freon and the  compressor was leaking fluids and it need a new compressor kit and that still did not guarantee but most likely it was going to be this other issue and it was going to be $950.00 plus tax,

got in my car since they told me that they put freeon to test it I figured it was going to be blowing cool air,  but nothing hot air was blowing still so I took the car for a second opinion with a mechanic a that I knew and he said that nothing in the a/c was done, they never added freon, there was no leaking, and the only thing that was wrong with my car was a sensor that was not sending a signal to my a/c, he flush the freon and charge me $130.00.  It is such a shame the a reputable company that I thought ! would take advantage of women like that,  I want this people to be held accountable.
