Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have paid for a lifetime alignment from a previous owner of this business.  The current owner decided after 3 years he will no longer honor this agreement.  It is my feeling when you buy a business, you are obligated and bound by law to honor any previous agreements and obligations of a business you purchase.  I have been shafted and I am angry.  Do not use this place.  The owner was down right rude in his refusal.

The language in the business sales contract will dictate if the new owner purchased assets and liabilities which is usually the case. Eitherway, I suggest you try reaching out to Midas Corporate which is now owned by TBC in Florida. Their regional rep will get into contact wth you and resolve the matter. More than likely another nearby Midas owned by another person will be willing to do your allignments. Good luck.

When you buy a business you take on it's liabilities.  WHINE???  I look for value for my hard earned dollars.  This is not whining.  You are a bully.  Back off buddy!  this is reporting a bad business owner's policies.  You see, my vehicle is over 16 years old and I intend to keep it for another 4 years.  I paid for 4 alignments a year in a lifetime agreement.  This owner has already honored the alignments for the last 3 years.  Why he decided not to honor it now is simply trying to scam a senior citizen and a lady.  I know my rights.  A college education and 2 semesters of Business Law help in this area.   I am owed money especially for the aggrivation of having to go somewhere else.

A NEW owner is under ZERO obligation to honor a previous owners obligation. WHY you would sit there and WHINE about something so trivial is beyond me. ITS COMMON SENSE!!!! Something that apperently YOU do not use. YOU are NOT responsible for a promise made by the previous owner of YOUR vehicle. So WHY you would sit there and expect AND demand that they give you your way? WHERE have YOU been ripped off by the NEW owner? NO WHERE!!!! YOU are just being cheap and ignorant. And by ignorant I mean TOTALLY ignorant. At no point do you use ANY thought or in ANY WAY use that grey matter to figure this all out.
