MIDAS in Humble Tx are thieves!
So it begins; Having tires put on my car the shop comments the brakes are worn and muffler is really rusty.Not a problem,I say,because midas did those afew years back and I have their'life time warranty'.Well to make it short that replacement warranty was going to cost me over 700 bucks!Sure they'll change the pads and muffler,but not until everything else is fixed.So lets see ummmm......bad rotors/drums/wheel cylinders/hardware/exhaust and tail pipe plus numorous hardware,gaskets,seals.I smelled a rat so I said 'put it back together and throw that midas warranty paper work in the trash! Went to a shop a friend mentioned,replaced rear shoes and muffler for 125 dollars!!The mechanic their said those other parts a A-OK. I will NEVER go to any midas shop again!!!!!
