I know there are many others that has complaints against this company just maybe if enough citizens get someone to look into this agency are what ever they are they can be fined and and the citizens who they have stressed out and lied about can get them to pay us for there wrong doings. According to the BBB in San Diego, CA. there ratings is AAA, maybe because we all do not report to them are maybe they pay for there rating. But there are other sites that has complaints against this group. Try it may one of these two companies will help you I filed a complaint against them with both agencies. Good luck and don't give in. They will not send me proof, and the company Aspire Visa they claim they bought the account from told me they never sold anything to them. I think they go into citizens credit reports without the citizen permission. And find debts that they can make money from, I paid mine off in full then five years later they sent it to the credit reports claiming they own the debt bought for what they claim $700 now trying to get over $2,000. When I paid off the bill myself in full three years before they claim they bought it.
