Midland Funding, Midland Credit Management August 20, 2007 received letter wanting to collect on a Bankruptcy in 1990 San Diego California
I received a letter from Midland Credit Management wanting payment of $1,755.67 for a CitiBank account that was closed in February 1990 included in a Bankrutcy filed in February 1990. Certified letter mailed to them with copies of Bankrutcy and to the Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protection of California and Attorney General's Office Consumer Protection of WV. I have also contacted an attorney.
I spoke to '2' different people who were arrogant and rude, I then started calling CitiBank to find out the account number to find out they have a department that sells these accounts to people like this.
'17' years after a Bankruptcy this account was included in they are trying to collect on it.
