Midland Funding LLC Taking Money that is NOT owed. Pure Scam and RIP OFF Charlote North Carolina
Midland Funding is garnishing my wages! We have no idea why. We were sent a letter from the court with the garnishment already in affect.
The original debt is for 1,595.80. Now we owe 3,407.30 because of lawyer fees. We never received any letters or attempts to collect this debt mbefore this. It didnt even come to the right address. It came to my parents house.
I need help! I dont know what to do. We have 4 kids and only 1 income right now. its already hard and now they zre going to take 75% of my check until it is paid. How can some one do this? We called the original debt collector along with the "attorney" and no one will contact us.
