MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC , Please contact me asap and i will try to help you .
This company in the entire state of ohio is owned and properly registered with the secretary of the state of ohio ( i am the sole owner ) and now this is where you can help yourself and anyone else in this state.
i registered my company name ( MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC ) back in the early part of May 2007 and within 2 weeks of doing so i started recieving a ton of lawsuits informing me that i or someone that is represnting my company ( MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC ) is going into these ohio courts and telling them that they owe me money and now or it seems to me that the taking of monies,homes and other values from the people of Ohio have been going on for some time, ( criminal ).
THERE IS A LAW AGAINST WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO YOU, THIS IS CRIMINAL!!!
a company has to be properly registered with the secretary of that state to be allowed to bring any action into the court system, since i am the truly certified owner of this company and i did not give anyone the ok to allow this to happen.
So upset that what we should believe to be true ( that all COURTS are HONORABLE ) IS HOGWASH!!!!, ITS NOT!! NOW, we have a total of 88 counties in ohio and roughly 235 courts WOW, thats a lot of judges in this state that are allowing these intruders that are using my name ( MIDLAND FUNDING LLC in this elaborate scheme to defraud the people of this great state.
Back in the latter part of 2009 , keep in mind with no attorney because there is no attorney that would take this on because he would then be going against his breathern and before we even got to second base he would be called in behind closed doors and threatened to stop or they will take his bar license. believe me this is fact therefore i have been trying to do this alone and when you go alone the court system downs you in every way they can cause you have no attorney, anyways i typed up a ( JUDICIAL NOTICE ) AND SENT THEM BY MAIL TO ALL THE COURTS , THEIR ANSWER = YOU MUST SUBMIT EVERY COURT CASE TO EVERY COURTHOUSE AND WE WILL LOOK AT IT, THEY KNOW THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO DO , INSTEAD THEY ( MEANING EVERY JUDGE ) SOULD ACT HONORABLE AND STOP ALL PROCEEDINGS LIKE I DEMANDED BUT ONCE AGAIN ONE PERSON CANNOT GET THIS DONE AND FORGET GOING TO THE NEWS MEDIA CAUSE THEY TOLD WHAT TO REPORT ON , GOD BLESS THE TELEVISION STATION THAT COULD REPORT THIS BUT THEY CAN'T BECAUSE IT WOULD INVOLVE AND IMPLICATE EVERY COURT N JUDGE IN THIS STATE, EVEN OUR FEDERAL JUDGES IN THIS CORRUPT STATE.
WANTED : 1 ATTORNEY AND 1 JUDGE TO ACT HONORBLY AND STOP THE RAPING THE OF THE GREAT PEOPLE OF THIS GREAT STATE.

He registered his name CORRECTLY as MIDLAND FUNDING LLC.
NOTE!!!! He is NOT the one collecting debt.
And he was the FIRST one to register his corp name...so he has the name officially in State of Ohio. But AGAIN, he is NOT the one collecting consumer debt.
Along comes skin-and-fleece scum buckets who probably don't care the name is confused. I wonder...Wanna wager it suits their purpose having people falsely file rebuttals to the wrong company...that way they can claim they never recivied it ...and move for default?
Understand how this works....
In ONE state you incorporate and then you as a corporation you file in OTHER states with the Secretary of State the NAME of the corporation that you are doing business under IN THAT PARTICULAR OTHER state. Most of the time its the same name...but what happens if someone else claimed that name in that particular state? You have to tell the state thet you'll use a different name under the block TRANSACTING BUSINESS UNDER NAME OF_____ in the STATE of Ohio.
So the OTHER Midland Funding LLC filed probably in DELAWARE its original incorporation papers for the use of that particular name in that particualr state. They can use it there.
Now they have to do business in State of Ohio...so they go to the secretary's office but find THAT NAME WAS TAKEN by the guy wayyy above. They can't use that name in Ohio because he has it from 2007. So they must find another. The name they CHOSE to go under when in State of Ohio is MIDLAND FUNDING DE LLC and NOT MIDLAND FUNDING LLC.
How do you prove this? Simple. Go to the State of Ohio secretary of State's office. Look up the name on the court document heading that filed against you. Enter that name...try Midland. And look what shows up. Now look on the page for the ACTUAL filing with the State of Ohio secretary. Make a copy of it. Scroll beyong the first page or so. Find the page that says the NAME that they'll be using when TRANSACTING business in the State of Ohio. Copy the pages in the filing and circle that name in exclamation. Also circle the PURPOSE page that says their purpose is DEBT COLLECTING.

Now make a copy of the ORIGNAL guy...the CORRECT Midland Funding LLC. Circle his page that says purpose is a HOLDING company. Submit them to the court as evidence.
