Midland Funding LLC Dishonest billing,they NEVER sent me any bills to any of my addresses EVER !!!! Ripoff Newark New Jersey
I called the automated Bank of America line to check my checking account balance and it said I was charged a 100 dollar fee from the bank because a judgement was entered against me in a New Jersey court from Midland Funding,I've NEVER received anything EVER from them at any address I've lived at.I was speaking to my mother and she said she received a letter 3 days ago from Midland Funding that a lien was being put against me.I haven't lived with my mother for 18 YEARS,first of all I have no idea what this is all about and why wasn't I contacted.I've been living in Las Vegas now for 2 years and when I left N.J. I put in a change of address with the Post Office and received all fowarded mail,nothing EVER came from a Midland Funding.Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do and how to have the 100 bank fee reversed.
