Midland Funding LLC Fake Company!!! Virginia Beach Virginia
I have recieved a letter from Midland Funding LLC, stating that they are proceeding with legal action if i do not pay $1700 asap. I pulled my credit report and there is nothing on there saying i owe Midland any money. I decided to look up Midland on google and all i found was bad stuff about the company and seeing im not the only person who is going through this. How should i handle this? I also looked up Dominion Law Associates who is working with Midland i could not find much about them either. Again what should i do i'm open to advice. I wanted to share my experience.

Send a letter to Midland, certifed without your handwritten signature (type it, so they forge your signaure to anything). Midland is bottomfeeding scum out to get money that probably isn't rightfully theirs to begin with. Do not talk to them over the phone. It serves no purpose unless your intention is to tape record their converstaion. If the ambulance chaser gets real testy and overbearing, send a letter to the State Bar and complain to them.
