Midland Funding I called on 4/1/16 from this Midland company in reference to an old payday loan from CheckSmart/ First Va. which is the new name. Richmond Va Nationwide
Files bankryuptcy on Dec.18, 2015 which i included them, this gentleman call my job stating that fraudelent charges have be He called back to back to back, told me I was unprofessional and to put my boss on the phone right now, that he's reporting me.
This young man starting calling my job on 4/1/16 about someone using my social for fraufulent charges then proceeded saying that a lawsuit is being file in Civil court for $1000 from Check Smart a payday loan now is First Va. I explained to him I filed bankruptcy mind you he did not contact me until my banrutcy was discharged.. He told me that I signed a contract with them to phohibit me from doing any filing and putting them on my bankruptcy. He stated that his job is to collect this debt. I told him i couldnt talk he said he would call me back and did on 4/12/16 constantly 8 times back to back wanting to speak with my boss and demanded me, I kindly hung up becaus this was my personal line and I dont have to take any personal calls as a matter of fact we cant have personal calls unless its an emergency. But he kept calling and calling. I have my bankruptcy case number and they were included. He said I will be receiving papers to go to court for this matter. I need this person to stop calling my job before i become unemployed.
