I work for one of the top 10 businesses to work for listed nationally. I have never dealt with the most non professional group of people EVER. My boss received a phone call after I had left for the day and it was a sales person from this company, Midway Industries. They must have had a pretty good pitch because my boss ordered a carton of light bulbs. (normally I handle all supply orders, so yeah it had to be a great pitch for my senior manager to give an okay) Today we received the carton of bulbs. My boss said he knew when he got off the phone the day the sales guy called that he had "been had". He asked me to check and make sure we use this type of bulb and not to order from them again. So I walked to the dock and looked at a few of the 100's of bulbs we already had in supply and they were a different size. I called the company to get a return authorization and got an answering service that said someone from Midway would be returning my call-- that says SHADY all over it. I also emailed them asking for a return auth. number.

I got the call back later in the day and I asked if we could get the rtn auth. because we do not use this size. She demandingly asked, "why did Jared order them then?" I told her he wasn't aware we had plenty of bulbs and the ones sent were not the correct size. She continued to drill me on why we placed the order for a wrong size because they had paid for the shipping on them. I told her we just needed to rtn because we can't use them. She said she would need to talk to jared and find out why he ordered them. REALLY?!!! Jared gets on the phone tells her it was a mistake and could we return them. She tells him he needs to double check the bulbs currently in the ceiling and call her back. OMG- YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME. This was a dead end conversation from the start. Never ever order anything from these people. We will be sending these back with or without a return auth.  BEWARE of this company. TOTAL SCAM.
