Attn: Small business owners. Take my experience as a warning if you are deciding on MightyCall.com as a call forwarding number for your business. 

I am a small business owner, I have two mobile businesses. For which I needed to setup two different phone numbers and have them forward to my cell. My requirements were to be able to setup custom greetings, to be able to tell which number the caller is calling, and voicemail transcription. These are common features, and I was comparing multiple services and settled on MightyCall. I used their July 4th promo and signed up on July 10 (Tuesday). I setup my phone numbers, I chatted the next day with Jesus the support agent to guide me through setting up voicemail and call flows for the two numbers. I got everything setup, spent $100 on getting 1000 flyers printed for my new business with my new MightyCall phone number. I setup my Google Adwords campaign, Facebook campaign and updated my websites with the new numbers. 

Next thing, at morning of July 13 2am that night after setting up everything I get an email that my phone numbers have been removed from my account. I scramble in the middle of the night to turn off my ad campaigns. I wake up in the morning my flyers have already been printed and shipped. I get a reply from Jesus MightyCall support that my account has been closed for "fraudulent" activity, no other explanation. 

I can't believe what happened, as a small business owner my livelihood is in their hands by using their number in my advertising. What if my flyers had been distributed and one day they just decide to close my account like this? I'm a legitmiate business owner, I have no idea what I could have done to cause this. Their support guided me in setting up my account. My phone number was being forwarded to my T-mobile US cell phone. I don't know what I did wrong, and I don't get any answer from support. I asked if I will be getting refunded but, they are not replying to any of my emails anymore. 

Wow, what terrible service. I have never in my life filed a rip off report. This is my first. I don't even care about the $10 I spent signing up. I'm just astounded with the terrible service. How quickly and easily they can just turnaround and ruin your business and cause you all kinds of headaches. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I shouldn't have chosen them in the first place, their iTunes reviews are lousy, should have trusted the negative reviews. Totally makes sense now. 

It's not worth putting your livelihood into the hands of this company (MightyCall) if you are running a business and counting on income and food being put on your table. Their business practice is very wrong, they are just blindly closing accounts without any proper investigation into the matter, or any questions asked they just automatically assume you are up to fraudulent activity. I don't want to be treated like that as a paying customer. It's very wrong, I'm extremly dissapointed in MightyCall.com I urge anybody considering their service for their business to think twice about putting your life into the hands of these people that could care less about your own business and livelihood.
