MijoSoft Denis Duluci 30 Day Guarantee is fake, software doesn't work Istanbul Internet

After 4 days of trying to make their software work, I had given up and asked for a refund under their 30 day guarantee. However, because I posted an honest review of the 16 hours wasted, I was denied a refund and the owner claims that renewals are not eligible.
I have prints of their policy and it is 30 days from ANY purchase. Additionally, it was NOT A RENEWAL. I was a new product.
Now I am having to go through American Express for my refund and after all the evidence I have posted, I think it will be clear that MIJOSOFT owes me a refund. And they best not stop my other products or I will demand a refund.
Note that their software is supposed to be open-source but they make it difficult to implement. After 16 hours on a volunteer website, I think it should either make cappuccino and save the world or be eligible for a refund.
