Be aware of a devious scamming thief grab and run Mike Morley who contracts out his construction work by demanding copious amounts of money upfront and then does not carry out the work that needs to be done. Not only did Mike Morley steal thousands of dollars from me but he reeked of booze and stumbled around during the 6 meetings we had.
He was clearly drunk on every occasion. Mike Morley also charged many additional fees and surcharges including stating that he receives his lumber from the US and so Canadians must pay the currency difference and shipping charges. Stay far away from this scammer who will do anything for money.
