My granddaughter saw the listing on Craig's list promising good opportunities and pay. I had her do the FREE carpet shampooing and demonstration. After she left, I found I could not lift the machine. I live in a two story house! After many calls to Joe, to which he said he could solve the problem (coming over and carrying it for me?) he did not take any more of my calls. I sent in a cancellation, and got no reply to pick up the vacuum, or paying my granddaughter for the training she had. After 20 days of not coming to get it, I get to keep it. Yipee! I have to buy a vacuum for the upstairs.

This person who is reporting this accusation filled out Independent Dealer agreement paperwork. This individual states she only worked for 3 days and the requirement is weekly and 15 appointments per week.
The documentation states that he will not be paid for not completing a FULL week she wanted compensation for not completing the requiremnets even after sighning the documents .
Also, All of our customers have a three day cancellation honored by a contract and finance company that would not require the customer to pay if in deed they cancell in the alotted time.
She is stating she got a FREE Kirby so who was taken advantageg of ? Please remove this accusation for i find it to be false and untrue. Thank You

thats the link to kirby's official website page that states that elderly and disabled have 9 months to cancel! do it! I hate to see them get away with this. I am a family member of ex employee and this company should not be in business! BAD ethics all around. Good luck to you.
