Milinex Ripoff Artists! Take your money and run! New York New York
I placed an order with Milinex from one of their TV ads. The same day, I tried to call them back and cancel my order. However, I was unable to get through to them.
Three days later, I was finally able to speak to an agent (Teresa Rivera) who explained that my shipment was already on the way, but that they would cancel my order once they received the product back at their warehouse. (This was a lie.)
This happened in May of this year, and it is now October, and I still have not received my money back. I went to my bank, and just received a letter from them in the mail last week that I "waited too long" for them to be able to do anything.
After reading of other people's experiences with this same company, I plan to go back to my bank (again) and demand that I get my money refunded.
This has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't want to wish this experience on anybody!
